On May 12, the HHS junior class celebrated their junior prom at the South Shore Country Club. The event lasted from 7-10 P.M. The venue had an indoor and outdoor section, with a food bar and plenty of dance floors.

The event gave students a chance to hang out together and celebrate the end of their junior year. HHS student Hazel Orth commented on the event by saying, “it was just a really good energy and it was really nice to see everyone happy and smiling and enjoying themselves.”

Similarly, many students were excited to see the end of AP exams and celebrate with classmates. HHS student Nora Schulze says, “it was a lot of fun to see everyone have a good time together.” 

Overall, Junior Prom 2023 was a great success, with enjoyment from everyone who attended.
