This Saturday was Hingham High’s 2015 Homecoming. The day started early with field hockey taking on Silver Lake and winning 1-0 which gave the Harbormen and women the confidence they needed throughout the day. After field hockey, volleyball beat Silver Lake in four games and girls soccer also  won, 3-2. Boys soccer took a 2-1 lead over Silver Lake, providing the fourth consecutive win for Hingham High.

The day ended with an impressive 2-77 win from the football team. Junior Tim Shafter, when asked to comment on the football team’s success said, “ all of the hard work paid off, we had less mistakes than them. We look to build on this momentum and carry it forward for the next weeks”.

During the games, many clubs and sports teams sold food and merchandise. Overall, Homecoming day was a great success!
