Will Sartor, Editor-in-Chief
Will Sartor is a senior and an Editor-in-Chief of The Harborlight. Previously, he founded the HHS SWell Program and reintroduced the Quiz Bowl Club amidst the teachers’ contract negotiations. Will is an active member of the Debate Team and Chess Club among other extracurriculars. Outside of Hingham High School, Will is an intern at Northwestern University’s Lab for Scalable Mental Health and has a study about implementation science pending publication. He has won an international award in the field of psychology (IPsyO Bronze) and is working on a community project presenting mental health stories from around the United States. The latter is in collaboration with fellow Editor-in-Chief Andrew Healey. Will is passionate about journalism, having taken a summer program with The New York Times and being his class’ sole recipient of the Outstanding Achievement in Journalism award. In his free time, Will likes to hang out with friends, listen to music, and take care of his family’s fifteen pet chickens.
