This past Saturday, November 21st, Hingham High School Hosted the seventh annual Holiday Fair. The event began early with vendors setting up before the sun and customers flowing in the doors at 9AM. To all that weren’t able to make it to the Holiday Fair, the school looked nothing like it does during the regular school week, rather it was transformed into a winter wonderland.Over a hundred vendors set up shop along the hallways and inside the gymnasium and cafeteria. Booths from all over the South shore and beyond were selling items for all ages such as baby dolls, linens, and delicious baked goods. Tables for the Freshman,Sophomore, Junior and Senior class were seen selling Hingham merchandise such as t-shirts, flags, bags, and many other items. The day was filled with Holiday spirit, thanks to the Hingham Civic Music Theatre and its beautiful Christmas carolers. The Fair seemed to peek around 11:00, with many people heading down to Lynn for the girls soccer state Championship game (congratulations girls!). Overall the day was a great success, with hundreds of people flowing through the High School until doors closed at 4:00 PM.
