Celia McCarthy is a Senior at Hingham High School, and this is her first year as an editor for the Harborlight, and third year of involvement with the paper. In addition to her contributions to the Harborlight, she is also a co-president of the Activists United Club and a member of the Global Citizenship Program, Student Council, and Debate team. She also plays flute with the band. Outside of school, Celia is on the Hingham High School girls’ crew team in both the Fall and Spring seasons, and additionally enjoys running. Celia is the Arts and Entertainment editor for the paper; a result of her love for appreciating the local arts. Fun fact: Celia enjoys cooking and baking, and one of her dreams is to open a restaurant in her future!
